Our most affordable two-bedroom apartment, Apartment B1, offers 820 square feet of space to spread out and make yourself at home. The two bedrooms, which extend from different sides of the spacious living area, come furnished with full-sized beds, comfortable memory foam mattresses, dressers, desks, and nightstands. One bedroom features a standard closet, while the other offers a walk-in closet. The two private bathrooms, connected to each bedroom, feature wood panel floorboards and granite sinks.

The shared living space is just as comfortable, with wood floors and modern, easy-to-rearrange furniture. Spread out on your couch to watch the big game, or catch up on your reading at the kitchen island.

Full-size stainless steel appliances complete the apartment’s contemporary look. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, garbage disposal, and sleek granite countertops. The washer and dryer are opposite the bar seating.

All residents enjoy access to an expansive roof deck with an outdoor kitchen, resort-style pool, and pet park. The indoor lounge and outdoor game courtyard are perfect for organizing a movie or game night. Other amenities include an on-site bank, a tanning room, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
