Why Aspire

Aspire offers a comfortable, convenient, secure living and learning environment for our residents. The community is located near the University of Arizona with a dedicated shuttle service. We believe that when students are close to class, they go to class, and our convenient location is prime for your student’s academic success.

We offer a variety of housing options, from studios to 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms furnished apartments for your student and his or her roommates. We also offer a roommate matching program that pairs future residents with others that have similar social or academic interests to enhance their college experience.

We are a controlled-access community. Our residents need their Key FOB to access all areas of our building from the main lobby to their front door.

Our parking garage offers a cool dry place for your vehicle to escape the hot Arizona heat. Our residents never have to leave the building to access the garage they can take the elevator directly from their floor to the garage.

Whirlpool Stainless Steel Appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven/cooktop.

Furniture in the bedrooms includes a full-size bed, desk, desk chair, under-bed dresser, and 1 tall dresser with drawers. Living rooms include a couch, coffee table, and bar stools in the kitchen.

All utilities are included in the rent except for electricity, which is billed back with a service fee.

In order to guarantee your bed space, we will need a signed lease agreement. Leases are generated once your application is complete, and your screening has been approved.
