The larger of our two studio layouts, Apartment S2, comes in at 457 square feet and offers the perfect balance of size and cost. The extra square footage makes space for an extended kitchen counter and island with barstool seating and a large living area for sleeping and studying.

This apartment feels bright, open, and cheerful, with high ceilings and wood-style panel flooring in the bathroom, kitchen, and living area. The granite countertops add an incredibly modern feel, and the island seating gives you plenty of space to have a few friends over for a home-cooked meal.

With high-speed internet and a washer and dryer in-unit, you’ll only need to leave your apartment to go to class or hang out with friends. But of course, our amenities will give you plenty of additional regions to explore the Aspire community.

Our shared living spaces include a rooftop terrace with an outdoor grill and TVs, outdoor courtyards (including a gaming courtyard), and an indoor social lounge, so you’ll never struggle to find a place to spend time with friends. And with a hot tub and swimming pool, your options for relaxation are endless.

Yes, and we hope you do! Our Leasing Office is open 7-days a week, Monday & Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM; Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM and Sunday: 1 PM – 5 PM.

All utilities are included in the rent except for electricity, which is billed back with a service fee.
